In addition, the few documented cases are implemented in a non-systematic way, with variable decision factors and reproducibility that depends on the context. This dissertation proposes a systematic decision support strategy for this type of migration, composed of 25 factors grouped into the human, organizational, economic and technical dimensions. The research follows the Design Science Research method, with validation on a real migration case.
